Charming Stay in a Lovely Spot!

I adored how close I was to the train station, especially for getting to the airport! Upon arrival, the staff was very cute. To celebrate my anniversary, I received a free upgrade, wonderful. Whenever I asked questions, the staff was super helpful and responsive.
My only slight negative was the mold smell near the bed. I could not remove it .

The receptionists smiled and offered immediate assistance. They promptly addressed every inquiry and request. Their dedication to excellent service was evident throughout my stay and made a real difference.

The hotel is near many main attractions and cafes. The free and delicious coffee in the lobby was such a treat. It was a good experience to sip coffee whenever I wanted.

The location is great. It is central. The hotel is next to many sites (I walked to Notre Dame) and public transport is close. Staff members were helpful (especially with directions).
The lift is small and broke down once (I had to use the service lift).
