Charming Stay in a Lovely Spot!
cute staff free upgrade helpful staff great position
I adored how close I was to the train station, especially for getting to the airport! Upon arrival, the staff was very cute. To celebrate my anniversary, I received a free upgrade, wonderful. Whenever I asked questions, the staff was super helpful and responsive.
My only slight negative was the mold smell near the bed. I could not remove it .

The receptionists smiled and offered immediate assistance. They promptly addressed every inquiry and request. Their dedication to excellent service was evident throughout my stay and made a real difference.

The hotel is near many main attractions and cafes. The free and delicious coffee in the lobby was such a treat. It was a good experience to sip coffee whenever I wanted.

The room was very clean with fresh towels every day. The room was spacious, including a comfortable bed, a restful sleep. Everything I needed was readily available and kept in excellent condition.

the hotel placed me very close to the train station. this made getting to the airport cheap. the super nice team when i asked questions. my room was very clean and had fresh towels.

The room was very generous in size. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large. The hotel staff were helpful (even when I left an item behind at a local cafe). The location is great, with air conditioning and a lift.

central location helpful staff close transport
The location is great. It is central. The hotel is next to many sites (I walked to Notre Dame) and public transport is close. Staff members were helpful (especially with directions).
The lift is small and broke down once (I had to use the service lift).
